WHAT TO WEAR?

• comfortable clothing you can move in  - think going for a run or to yoga

• socks or ballet slippers if you have them

• hair up and out of the face (this is the moment for your '80s headband)

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• a casual ballet class where some of the most ubiquitous and ridiculous ballet steps are taught, attempted, and maybe even appreciated

• plenty of breaks to rest, catch your breath, and make new friends

• drinks before, during, and after your dancing debut, as it should be

• everything will be taught in a lighthearted way with modifications for each movement in case you're not a professional ballerina... yet
