2024/25 Season Open Class 10/Pack

This option gives a discount of $35 on purchasing the classes a la carte. Once purchased, CMB keeps track of how many classes you have left. Dancers will not need to remember to bring a card to attend class. We will alert you when your class pack is running low via email.

Class pack is valid for any ballet Open Class held during the 2024/2025 Season. Classes run during Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. Any remaining unused classes are non-refundable.

By purchasing the class pack you agree to the policies below.

IMAGE RELEASE

• Central Midwest Ballet Academy may, from time to time, take video and/or photographs of my dancer. We may use these photographs for publicity purposes such as but not limited to: the website, Facebook, and news releases.

LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

• CMB is not responsible for any injury or illness while participating in any program sponsored by CMB. I release and indemnify CMB from any claim, damage, or suit whatsoever which may arise from personal injury, illness, or property damage suffered while at CMB.
